EMMNA celebrates its 2026 league champions
The winners of the 2026 EMMNA leagues were celebrated at this year’s National Championships at Loughborough University, following another exciting season of men’s and mixed netball across the country.
Day one of Nationals also saw our regional play-offs take place for the first time. It was a fantastic way to begin the event and provided the perfect opportunity to recognise the clubs and volunteers who made the 2026 league season possible.
Mixed Premier League
London Giants were crowned the first winners of the new EMMNA Mixed Premier League following an incredible title race.
The championship came down to a goal-average difference of just 0.01, with Stunts finishing as runners-up. The title was decided in the final round, with each of the top three teams still in contention.
The quality of the league was further demonstrated at Nationals, where London Giants and Stunts met again in the Mixed Championship final.
The inaugural Mixed Premier League delivered close games across the board and brought together some of the strongest mixed teams and players in the country.
Men’s Super League
Knights Netball were crowned champions of the inaugural EMMNA Men’s Super League, with AO Manchester Thunder finishing as runners-up.
The first season of the new exhibition league did not disappoint. Clubs were able to bring in players from other clubs, creating four strong squads and giving some of the best men’s players in the country the opportunity to compete against each other throughout the season.
The result was high-quality, competitive netball and another important step forward for the men’s game.
After such a successful first season, the 2027 Men’s Super League is already set to be bigger and better.
Mixed regional leagues
Five clubs were crowned mixed regional champions after strong campaigns in their respective divisions:
Mixed North: Leeds FuryRunners-up: Northern Steel
Mixed East: Norfolk UnitedRunners-up: Northants Storm
Mixed West: Stunts RegionalRunners-up: Henley Fire
Mixed South East: 5th QuarterRunners-up: Knights Regional
Mixed South West: Unknown 7 CipherRunners-up: Surrey Hurricanes
Congratulations to every team that competed across our mixed regional leagues and helped make the 2026 season such a success.
Men’s regional leagues
The men’s regional leagues continued to provide regular competitive opportunities for clubs across the country.
The 2026 champions were:
Men’s North: AO Manchester ThunderRunners-up: West Cheshire Warriors
Men’s Central: Norfolk United RoosRunners-up: Unknown 75
Men’s South: London GiantsRunners-up: Knights Netball
