President & Chair
Founder of EMMNA, Ryan has ambitious goals and is determined to grow the sport he loves for everyone to enjoy. Ryan represented England as Head Coach of the England Mixed team at the 2019 Indoor Netball World Cup and played at 2012 Indoor Netball World Cup for the England men's team. Originally a founding member of Knights Men’s Netball, in order to continue to grow the sport Ryan left Knights to co-found the London Giants, who are the current EMMNA Men’s & Mixed National Champions.

Secretary & Vice Chair
Charlene has been at New Cambell Netball Club for 10 years, captain of London and South East Regional netball team for 5 years, is a UKCC Level 2 Coach and a B award umpire. Charlene has been a senior leader in education for a decade, as well as Fundraising Secretary for New Cambell for 4 years, giving her the perfect experience to bring to the Secretary role at EMMNA.

Development Director
Jen has been playing ladies club netball from a very young age, moving through a number of clubs as she has progressed through County, Regional & the National Prem leagues. After returning from university, she restarted the ladies netball section at the club where her love of netball began, which now boasts a healthy membership.
Jen currently plays for New Cambell in Dagenham where she is in her fourth season. Her discovery of mixed netball happened in 2012, and since then she has played regularly in mid-week mixed netball leagues. She has also represented England in the Indoor Netball (“Nets”) Mixed World Cup three times including captaining the side in 2019.

Jacob Reilly-Cooper
Director of Marketing & Communications
Jacob is new to netball, having only played netball for 1 year at Spartans Netball Club but brings with him a wealth of experience at elite level sports like Table Tennis.
Jacob's main focus in life is as a tech consultant and marketing consultant, having worked with companies such as Comcast, Sky, IBM, Apple and more. Jacob has helped develop and grow a multitude of technology and marketing structures across the globe and has been working with EMMNA in the Marketing and Digital space since June 2022.
COMMITTEE ROLES

OSCAR SALTER
Development Officer:
Mixed
Oscar is a new addition to the world of Mixed Netball, having only starting playing last year. Within his first year of joining Warwick University’s Mixed Netball Club, Oscar became the Development Captain. During this role, Oscar has taken Warwick to EMMNA Nationals 2021 as well as organising several fixtures against universities and clubs, pushing the competitive side of Warwick Mixed Netball Club.

LEWIS KEELING
Development Officer:
Men's
Lewis has played mixed netball and Nets since 2012, representing England at the 2016 Mixed Nets World Cup in New Zealand.
In 2018 Lewis co-founded Knights Men’s Netball and has been GM ever since. Netball has become a big part of Lewis’s life and the work he has done in progressing Knights from a group of mainly social mixed netballers to taking on international competition is clear testament to his commitment and passion for the game. Lewis has already been instrumental in helping and encouraging new men’s clubs to start up across the country and is looking forward to continuing this role in an official capacity.

SOPHIE HANSELL
Development Officer:
Youth
Sophie represented the England Nets Mixed team at World Cups in South Africa (2014), Australia (2015), and New Zealand (2016). She played National Prem for Thoroughbreds, as well as coaching many of their youth and senior squads. She was also a guest selector at the first trials for Knights in April 2019.
Sophie has worked in education and school sport for over 15 years, and is currently Head of Netball at Culford School in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Alongside this, she is a UKCC Level 2 coach and is the lead coach for the Norfolk County Netball Association U11 Academy. She hopes to utilise her experience to ensure that all children and young people have the opportunity to be involved in netball

STEVE PRICE
League & Tournament
Coordinator
Steve has been a passionate advocate for mixed netball since founding Playnetball.com in 2008.
Since then, he guesses he's been responsible for organising over 20,000 games of netball and countless tournaments in the UK and abroad. He still plays weekly with varying degrees of success and is looking forward to helping to grow the Mens and Mixed game in the UK through EMMNA.

CHRIS STANFORD
Safeguarding Officer
Chris has a long and varied safeguarding background within schools, colleges and for independent companies. Currently holding a safeguarding role for a multi campus college in North Wales.
Chris has the philosophy of experience, equality and inclusion for all. Along side these experiences, Chris holds a degree in Dance, Performance and Teaching.
He is also a co- founder of Chester Men’s and mixed netball and has played in and around Chester mixed Leagues for the last decade!

James Braun
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead
James discovered netball five years ago, and since then netball has taken over his life. He's currently working towards his B award umpiring, training to become a coach, and plays in a social league too.
In 2021, James founded Unicorns LGBTQIA+ Netball Club - the first fully inclusive club in the country for queer folk (and allies) of all abilities and genders. In 2022, Unicorns won Most Inclusive Club at the Out for Sport awards.

DECLAN KHOL
Umpire Secretary
Declan co-founded Northern Titans Men’s Netball Club in 2019, and has led them ever since. In this time, they have faced VNSL, Premier League and local opposition, becoming the first Men’s team to be admitted to a female league in October 2020. This wide variety of experience has seen Declan liaising with all rungs of the umpiring ladder and he hopes to use this in his upcoming role.
