EMMNA Committee Role Applications

Exciting opportunity to join the EMMNA Comittee in the following roles:

Social Media Secretary

Manage the EMMNA communication channels, including but not limited to websites, social and digital media, ensuring content is relevant and engaging maximising reach of our messages and content as directed in the EMMNA communications strategy. Ensure the website content is kept up-to-date.

Safeguarding Officer

The Safeguarding Officer (SO) the first point of contact for all safeguarding issues. They are responsible for giving advice about the wellbeing, safeguarding and protection of young people, promoting good practice, ensuring the reporting a Concern process is clearly communicated and understood by all, and helping the England Mens and Mixed Netball Association create a safe and enjoyable environment where everyone understands their safeguarding responsibilities. The SO is the person to take appropriate action on receipt of any concerns or referrals and liaise with Clubs Child Protection Officers to handle concerns.

Membership Secretary

Receive and progress membership applications, manages the affiliation and renewal process. Welcomes new members, issues membership cards and ensures all policies and documentation are shared. Maintains current membership lists, records receipts of signed declarations and financial contributions, and gives information to members of England Mens and Mixed Netball Association.
